…twenty five consecutive hours talking about the pros and cons of Obama’s selection of Biden. You should be proud of yourselves for breaking the code. However, could you please stop telling us that it was John King who figured it out? Every time the Biden announcement has been brought up, somebody at CNN slips John King’s name in the conversation.
I’m talking to you, Rick Sanchez — the whitest Hispanic on television. I don’t say that to try and bring race into the conversation, I’m simply saying that if Rick Sanchez started calling himself “Jack Smith”, nobody would be any the wiser.
Every once in a while, when the CNN anchor senses that the audience may be growing tired of hearing the self-congratulations over the Biden announcement, they’ll air this clip from the Democratic debates:

I’m not saying CNN shouldn’t give credit where credit is due, but show a little restraint, will ya?
